Space Planning:
Space planning is provided by RBI's NV State Registered Interior Designers. A fundamental element of the interior design process, starting with an in-depth analysis of how your workspace is to be used. Our designers will measure the area or refer to a CAD file provided by the architect, draw up a plan that defines the zones of the space and the activities that will take place in those areas, and execute your vision that aligns with your company's culture.
Computer Aided Design:
We understand it is difficult to envision your workspace with a line drawing, therefore, our Registered Interior Designers will create a rendering for you to visualize spaces before they are constructed. A rendering will depict the overall design intent of products, materials, lighting, and flow of your space.
Workplace Strategy:
It is important to connect the links between workplace design and human behavior, health, performance, and the quality of the user experience. Our goal is to bridge your vision with reality while relating to the identification of long-term interests and ultimately achieving those goals.
Product Specifications:
RBI is aligned with hundreds of leading manufacturers to meet the requests of your office, classroom, meeting area, medical facility, waiting area, and any interior or exterior product needs. Our goal is to execute your vision seamlessly, no matter the budget. Whether it is ergonomics, simplicity, color, quality, or pricing, our designers know right where to look for you so all the stars align.
Interior Finishes:
It can be daunting when it comes time to select finishes for your well thought out space. There are infinite materials, colors, patterns, textures and more to choose from when selecting the interior space elements that are fixed in place as well as those that are considered more adorning and functional. RBI designers go through extensive training on product quality and stay well informed of what is on trend and timeless so we can help finalize those decisions. Physical samples of the finishes you select will be provided prior to placing your order.
Account & Project Management
RBI Account & Project Managers take part in the project from the early stages to completion day. It is important to participate in the project from start to finish by attending all project meetings, working together with our clients, building owners, architects, contractors, as well as our resources to assure we execute your vision smoothly and in a timely manner. We will educate you on the product selected so when the product is in use there is no guessing on how it functions and how to care for it.
Installation & Service
Our expert installers are trained on just about every workplace product we specify. They go through extensive training on the proper mechanics of installation and tear down. We manage the process from product delivery, staging, install, and discard of any trash from packaging. If your assets need servicing throughout the lifetime of the product, our service team is a phone call away and will be there to assess the problem and notify your Account Manager of what needs repair and/or replacing.
Warehousing & Intermarket Projects:
RBI provides a local touch to any global account that requires installation, warehousing, or service of products. We offer assistance with the coordination of product delivery & installation and will make any necessary site visits prior to the install taking place. If construction is delayed, no worries, we can hang onto the project until construction is completed.
